Description
P.T.A. 200 Valves welding machine is a compact and automatic equipment for P.T.A. hardfacing of valve stems with lenght 800 mm and valve base and seat of diameter 250 mm (dimensions can change and the equipment can be customized according to customer's needs).
Features
The main features of P.T.A. 200 Valves are the high Plasma Arc temperature and its concentration which allow to obtain a high deposit rate until 3 kg/h.
The welding equipment is supplied with:
• YZR250 welding torch that can work at 200A in continuous
• cartesian moving system axis X - Z and oscillator
• water cooled rotating plate to support the valve
• headstock or alternatively a mechanical stem support
• operating console on trolley for axis movement and welding control
• AP Standard powder feeder, capacity kg. 6, deposit rate 0.5- 3 kg/h
