Description
The robotized automatic equipment Robo 282 has been designed for P.T.A powder welding or PTA hot/cold wire for rovolutionary solids (especially rings and seats) in different sectors of the industry and especially for Oil&Gas . The structure has a Z vertical stroke of 500 mm, OS axis - oscillation of 160 mm (dimensions can change and equipment can be customized according to customer's needs) e secondo le esigenze del cliente).

The robotized automatic equipment Robo 282 can be equipped as with PTA 200i/300i as with Multiclad 600 and is composed by:
• PTA welding torch YZR250 for external parts , working range 40A a 200A in continuous, capacity 0,5÷3,0 kg./hr.
• In case of Multiclad the alternative is YZR250-Multifunctionwith powder7wire outflow and GTAW torch.
both torches have a fast connection for an immediate sobstitution.
• Mitsubishi M700 Numeric control for the control of axes movement and welding.
• Remote console for the control of axes movement and welding.
• Standard powder feeder, capacity kg.6., flow from 0.5 to 2,5 kg/h with heater and tilting device.
• Rotary positioner: capacity kg.400, diameter 1200 mm, tilting 0-90°.
• Stick-out torch/pieces automatically managed by Arc Voltage device.
• Safety barriers with inattinic glasses.
• Remote assistance device.
