Description
Robosfera is an automatic welding equipment for the cladding with PTAW-GMAW e PTAW-Tandem process. It has similar features of a tooling machinery, with positioning precision of 0,1 mm and repetitiveness of movement of 0,05 , suitable to clad with inconel 625 or Co base alloys ball valves and other handcrafts for Oil&Gas industry. Robosfera can be used as three axes rotating positioner or traditional positioner: in three axes traditional configuration can be cladded spheres up to 26" - as internal as external, cylindric bodies up to 1.600 kg. wedges max diameter 800 kg. without ever dismounting from automation. In two axes configuration with platform can be done all the traditional claddings on valve bodies, flanges, cylinders and sealings, as internal as external.
Features
Robosfera is based on a three axes cartesian moving system for ball valves up to kg. 1.320 - corresponding to a 26" class 600 - and two axes plus oscillator for the moving of the welding torches. As movement as welding are managed by a Mitsubishi N.C. series 700.
The welding machine is completed by:
• Multifunzione 250Y welding torch with working range 200A in continuous
• Mechanical probe for dimensional control before, during and after welding with quote report.
• Camera for remote control and vision of the process
• Headstocjk or alternatively a mechanical support
• AP Standard powder feeder, capacity kg. 6, feed rate from 0.5 to 3 kg/h
